Andy Wei has 13 years of experience in investment bank and private equity fund management.  He also worked for the second largest family office in Hong Kong, managing US dollar funds and its full-license investment banking business. Andy obtained his PhD in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

Javier Xu has professional experience in sell-side equity research, banking, and business development. He has also worked at a Big Four accounting firm in North America. Javier holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, USA, and a management degree from a Canadian institution. He has been an active user of XiaoHongShu for years, with several of his posts going viral. He is also an avid snowboarder and skier, having earned his CASI Level 1 certification in 2023.

Christine completed her master’s degree in Canada and has always been passionate about business, research, and finance.
